We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer (Mechanical) to join our growing technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales service , including machine installation, breakdown support, operator training, and client relationship management across India. If you're passionate about solving technical problems, love being on the field, and have hands-on experience with industrial machinery or woodworking equipment we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Attend to customer breakdown calls (on-site & remote support). Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues in machines. Conduct installation and commissioning of woodworking machines and tools. Train operators and customer service staff on machine operation and daily maintenance . Create and maintain service documents: Pre-installation checklists Installation reports Customer service records Follow up on service-related payment collections . Promote and handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) discussions with customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support. Travel extensively across India for on-site assignments and client servicing. Desired Candidate Profile Must-Haves: ITI or Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering . 3–5 years of relevant experience in: Woodworking industry Capital Equipment or Industrial Machinery Strong mechanical troubleshooting and servicing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Willingness to travel extensively (pan-India). Confidence in interacting with top-level management and operators alike.
