Job Description: As a Territory Manager Or Key account manager, you will assume responsibility for leading our efforts focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with mining clients located across Rajasthan. The role will act as the primary customer contact, owning the customer relationship, while providing a conduit between Epiroc's business disciplines and our customer’s teams at operating sites and at corporate level. Develop account strategies to deliver business targets and receivables with customer delight. Manage business with Epiroc core values- Innovation, Commitment, and Collaboration. Establish trust and rapport with key clients to understand and timely address their needs, goals, and challenges. Enrich customer’s experience and feeling while dealing with you as face of Epiroc. Navigate technical and commercial negotiations with ambition to increase market share profitably. Ensure customer feedback is taken sincerely to improve our products and service quality. Use market intelligence to strategize business and timely response to business enquiry. Actively develop business for new product portfolio. Deliver business reports in time and effectively update CRM tool for business excellence. Demonstrate self as team player and collaborate well with internal functions Demonstrate self as safety champion. Qualification, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in a Mining / Mining Machinery discipline. Minimum of 6 to 8 years work experience preferably in sales & marketing for OEM in mining. Strong understanding of Mining and Construction customer segment and operation details. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software Fluent in English. Valid driving license Valid passport Key competencies required for this role: Strong specification selling skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with commercial acumen Problem solving abilities and adaptability Customer Relationship Management Resilience, patience and emotional intelligence Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strategic thinking and long term vision Perform under pressure with deadline Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA Why should you apply for this position?
