Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at tesa, based in India, Chennai, your role involves managing all sales activities for assigned customers. Your main responsibilities include maintaining and developing existing business, identifying and acquiring new business/customers, and achieving sales objectives through revenue and profit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute short-term to long-term sales strategy to achieve business goals - Implement the annual sales plan and customer plan for assigned customers - Manage key accounts and follow relevant customer strategies - Update sales pipeline in CRM system and generate customer visit reports - Identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities - Support market research and cooperate with internal teams for business growth - Handle complaints and feedback solutions to customers promptly - Complete other assigned tasks and projects **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or above in chemical, business, economics, science, engineering, or similar - Sales experience in the Chemical/Electronics related industry preferred - Strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to identify and analyze problems and find solutions - Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve business goals under pressure - Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and workable English communication skills - Flexibility for frequent business travel At tesa, adhesive solutions are created to improve the work, products, and lives of customers.
