Sales Engineer - Printing & Packaging The Sales Engineer is to manage all sales activities in assigned customers including maintaining and developing existing business and identifying and acquiring new business/customers to achieve sales objectives and goals through both revenue & profit What you will do Customer Portfolio management Planning and achieving sales targets for assigned customers. Regular Customer visits and follow ups ensuring optimum active selling time Acknowledging, Lodging and monitoring timely closure of customer complaints. Periodic Sales review and devising action for deviations. Gathering and reporting all market / competitor information. Coordinating internally and externally to ensure continuous availability of materials at customers end. Introduction of new products and providing application training to end users.
