Account Ownership & Growth:

OEMs, Tier-1, and Tier-2 suppliers

Strategic Engagements:

Lead high-level stakeholder meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and participate in strategic negotiations to drive business outcomes.

Customer Insights & Intelligence:

Map customer organizations, understand procurement processes, and track technical requirements to position solutions effectively.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

R&D, product management, application engineering, and leadership

Market Intelligence:

Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to guide strategic decision-making.

Innovation & Growth Mindset:

Bring fresh perspectives, challenge existing approaches, and introduce innovative strategies to drive market share growth.

Preferred Attributes

1. Prior experience working within or in close collaboration with the

   TATA and Mahindra

   vendor ecosystem in a customer-facing capacity.
2. In-depth understanding of

   ERC operations, AQ, and Purchase

   functions.
3. Working knowledge of

   MRV, SSU, and CDMM

   operational processes.
4. Proven capability in leading account planning, business reviews, and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Chemical

Engineering.

·      Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
