As a highly driven and experienced Business Development individual, you will be responsible for growing the adhesive tape business across sectors such as Railways, Two-Wheelers, Three-Wheelers, and Tractors. Your role will involve the following: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in General Industries - Lead product launches and demand generation activities - Drive spec-in projects with OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers - Collaborate cross-functionally with TSE, Marketing, and Sales teams - Demonstrate proven success in OEM spec-in and project closures - Possess strong technical and market knowledge of 2W/3W/Tractor & Railways segments To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development within Adhesives, Tapes, or Converter industry - Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills - Willingness to travel and operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment tesa, as a company, focuses on creating adhesive solutions that improve the work, products, and lives of customers.
