As a Sales Engineer for Electrical Upgrades in Chennai & West India (Preference: Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur), your role will involve combining engineering knowledge with sales acumen to deliver customized solutions and drive business growth in the electrical and electronics industry. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients needing electrical system upgrades (e.g., Electrical system upgrades for ESP & bag filter). - Technical Consultation: Assess existing electrical systems and recommend upgrade solutions tailored to client requirements. - Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses. - Product Presentation: Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations. - Sales Execution: Drive sales targets through effective negotiation, relationship management, and closing deals. - Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sold solutions. - Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in electrical systems. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipeline. - Compliance: Ensure all proposed solutions comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field. - 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Air Pollution Control Industry (ESPs & Bag Filters) dealing with electrical systems or industrial automation. - Experience with automation systems, control panels, or power distribution products. - Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or industrial clients. - Multilingual abilities for regional or international sales.
