Job Summary:

5 -6 years of experience in the electrical and electronics

The Sales Engineer for Electrical Upgrades is responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing technical solutions, and driving sales of electrical upgrade services and products. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring clients receive value-driven solutions that enhance their electrical infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients needing electrical system upgrades (e.g., Electrical system upgrades for esp & bag fileter).
  • Technical Consultation: Assess existing electrical systems and recommend upgrade solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses.
  • Product Presentation: Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales targets through effective negotiation, relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sold solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in electrical systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipeline.
  • Compliance: Ensure all proposed solutions comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.


Skillset Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Air pollution control Industry (ESP’s & Bag Filters) dealing with electrical systems or industrial automation.
  • Experience with automation systems, control panels, or power distribution products.
  • Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or industrial clients.
  • Multilingual abilities for regional or international sales.
