Job Description

We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers with a passion for marketing and sales within the machine tool industry. The ideal candidates will combine technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to effectively engage with customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their machine tool requirements.
Plan and execute daily customer visits and sales activities.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize daily activities independently.
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a readiness to embrace challenges.
Comfortable with extensive travel and owning a bike for commute.
No territorial restrictions open to sales opportunities across regions.

Compensation:

Salary Range: 3 4.5 LPA (Including Incentives)

Additional Information:

Candidates must be willing to travel extensively as part of the role.
Enjoyment of travel and client interaction is essential.
