Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metal furniture, architectural metalwork, and custom fabrication sectors. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting product features and benefits. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and new customer acquisition. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Technical Support & Product Knowledge Understand technical specifications, materials, and fabrication processes (sheet metal, welding, powder coating, etc.). Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effective solutions for customer projects. Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to clients. Marketing & Promotion Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and brand visibility. Develop marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, digital content, etc.) in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain and update the company’s online presence through social media, website content, and digital marketing tools. Sales Operations & Reporting Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales reports. Manage client databases and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date. Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to management.
