About the Role: We are Synactive, a Silicon Valley-based privately held SAAS company with nearly 30 years of success in enabling companies to increase productivity and efficiency of their SAP ERP. Our solution Liquid UI provides tools, products and end-to-end solutions for simplifying an customizing SAP applications. We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting Sales Hunter / Prospector to join our growing sales team as a New Business Account Executive. In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth and revenue. You are not afraid of cold outreach, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by results. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Qualify Opportunities: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect needs and align solutions. Set Appointments: Book qualified discovery, follow up and advancement meetings and demos with prospects. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage a consistent pipeline of new opportunities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target customer pain points. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and feedback loops. What We're Looking For: 2+ years in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (B2B experience preferred) Understanding of SAAS applications and SAP in particular Proven success in cold prospecting and hitting outreach/meeting targets Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills Resilient, coachable, and driven to exceed goals Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment Nice to Have: Experience selling SAP or into the SAP ecosystem Knowledge of lead gen tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Experience in a high-growth environment Why Join Us?
