Job Responsibilities: - Identify new prospects and grow the existing client base, achieving sales targets through effective market development. - Conduct technical and commercial negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. - Understand and address the URS of customers. - Maintain comprehensive reports, customer databases, and ensure timely follow-ups on enquiries and customer needs. - Develop sales strategies, advertising, and promotional programs, coordinating with the CEO directly. - Drive revenue generation also through the company's services like spare part management and after-sales services. Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred. - Proven sales experience, preferably in packaging machinery. - Strong technical knowledge of primary and secondary packaging machines. - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Proficient in creating presentations and marketing materials. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
