Job Description

Your Role Build strong rapport with R&D customers to understand current and future needs Deliver technical presentations and product demos
Support customers through the sales process and problem-solving Attend exhibitions and trade shows to stay updated Prepare and analyze sales engineering reports Familiar with tendering activities
Handle R&D sales in North & East India
Conduct market research, build networks, and expand product knowledge Daily reporting and weekly planning aligned with sales forecasts
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations Achieve annual sales targets Identify new customers, applications, and competitor activity
Support and develop indirect sales channels and dealer performance To succeed, you will need Education level:- BE/B
Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
MBA in marketing would be preferable but not a pre-requisite
Relevant Previous experience :- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D ,Industrial Sales/Business Development/Tendering Knowledge areas/Skills:- Good knowldge in Excel/Word file, Good communication, Product/Application Knowledge
Build network, Ability to read customer Other requirements :- Good command English/Hindi/Local language , Willing to travel
