Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the organization's footprint in the educational sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. Your key responsibilities will include actively seeking out new business opportunities in the education sector, such as schools, colleges, universities, training institutions, and potential business partners. You will need to build and nurture strong relationships with key individuals like educators, administrators, and decision-makers to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. Developing and executing strategic plans aimed at meeting sales and revenue targets will be crucial for the growth of the business. Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities will also be part of your role. Collaborating closely with internal teams to customize products and services that best meet the specific needs of clients will be essential. You will be required to prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of what the organization offers. Leading contract negotiations to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships will also be within your responsibilities. Keeping track of sales performance, providing regular updates, and offering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement are key aspects of this role. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities is necessary to ensure the business remains competitive and relevant. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus). You should possess 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, especially within the education sector. A solid understanding of the education industry and the challenges it faces is required. Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with others effectively, are essential. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, and being results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets is highly valued. Fluency in English is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and internet reimbursement. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift. The preferred language for this role is English, and the work location is in person.,
