Job Title: Team Leader – Sales & Marketing (Education Industry) Location: Calicut Organization: Principle Institute of Management and Technology Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing (Education Sector preferred) Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) Preferred Gender: Male Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our Sales and Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education sector, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving team performance and student enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve admission targets. Develop and implement strategies to promote the institution and its academic programs. Identify new markets and student outreach opportunities. Guide the team in executing campaigns, events, and institutional partnerships. Monitor team performance and generate periodic reports for management. Provide training and development support to the team. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with institutional goals. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the education industry Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Male candidates preferred Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: Half day Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
