Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to lead sales enablement for our largest accounts. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory flow, and enabling seamless execution across all key sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and forecast monthly demand across all channels and customer accounts in alignment with business targets.
Define and monitor stock norms to support offtake objectives and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability meets quarterly sales and channel plans.
Drive zero RTV (Return to Vendor) across channels through accurate demand planning and proactive stock management.
Ensure consistent regional stock availability across all key accounts to maximize sales conversion and service levels.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across accounts to ensure timely appointments, fulfilment, and delivery.
Plan and execute stock build-up strategies for key seasonal and festive events.

What we're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, operations, and production teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
