Sales Director

Role Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and strategic SAP Sales Director to lead and expand our footprint across India. This leader will own revenue targets, client relationships, and strategic pursuits across new-age digital transformation opportunities with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and own revenue targets across SAP services, licenses, and cloud offerings
• Lead the entire SAP sales cycle, from origination to commercial closure, ensuring seamless handover to delivery.
• Shape strategic account plans and jointly work with SAP India to influence opportunities and drive joint GTM initiatives
• Engage CXOs and transformation leaders with compelling narratives around S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP and clean core architecture
• Collaborate closely with solutioning, presales, competency and delivery team to craft executable, value-led proposals
• Drive account mining and expansion, creating multi-year roadmaps aligned with clients enterprise goals
• Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, deal health and forecast.
• Represent the company at SAP events, partner forums, and digital summits

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 15 years in enterprise IT sales; at least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem
• Demonstrated success in closing SAP transformation deals in India
• Strong relationships with SAP India team and mid-market enterprise accounts
• Domain knowledge across key Indian industries and strong storytelling, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
• Confident, persuasive, and strategic thinker with a consultative approach
• Fluent in managing enterprise RFPs, co-selling, and value engineering
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
