Sales Director Automotive & Mobility

As a Sales Director Automotive & Mobility at Cyient, your role revolves around driving new sales and management in India for Cyient's key Automotive Sales. Your key responsibilities include: - Focusing on existing and new accounts in the Automotive & Mobility and/(Off-Highway) sectors. - Developing a pipeline of new major opportunities and building relationships. - Leveraging the sales force to drive lead generation. - Driving for revenue growth and profitability. - Handling business proposals both technical and commercial. - Working on complex and large deals as well as multilocation projects. - Negotiating contracts, MSA, and commercial pricing. - Collaborative leadership with delivery, solutions, pre-sales, and marketing teams. - Leading by example to drive followership. - Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for key prospects in the Automotive & Mobility industry in India. - Developing winning industry-specific value propositions in intelligent engineering along with delivery and solutions teams. - Identifying, preparing, and representing Cyient in industry-relevant events and networks. - Identifying potential industry partnerships to enhance Cyient's value proposition in the market. - Meeting the given revenue numbers quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year. - Reporting to the Vice President | Global Head of Automotive & Mobility. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Masters (preferred) degree in engineering or math (preferably electrical or electronics) and Masters in Business Administration (preferred). - Strong networking, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent professional presentation skills. - Ability to successfully work on a multinational and multicultural basis. - Self-motivated with a high EQ. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Willingness to travel more than 50%.,
