Role Overview


We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and driven Consultant to join our growing team. While this role is rooted in sales, it goes far beyond the traditional SDR. You’ll be at the frontlines—engaging with inbound prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meaningful conversations. But you’ll also be shaping the way we market, manage our CRM, and build relationships with top developers.

What You’ll Do


Lead Generation & Sales Enablement


  • Engage with warm inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand buyer intent, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls for senior advisors
  • Follow up consistently and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Maintain and improve CRM hygiene—track stages, tag leads, and flag high-potential accounts


Marketing Operations & Campaign Support


  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns—email sequences, webinars, virtual events
  • Coordinate outreach lists and segment audiences based on buyer profiles
  • Work closely with the marketing team to share customer insights and optimize messaging


Developer Relationship Management


  • Act as a liaison between our team and leading developers in Dubai
  • Coordinate sales collateral, project info decks, and inventory updates
  • Schedule and organize training sessions and virtual walkthroughs for our internal team


Process Ownership & Growth Culture


  • Look for repeatable playbooks and document what works
  • Take ownership of projects—whether it’s a new tool, an outreach campaign, or a sales script
  • Bring a learner’s mindset—ask “why?”, share what you learn, and never settle for average


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or marketing (real estate experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills—written and spoken English must be sharp
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and a willingness to learn automation tools
  • A high sense of ownership and a low ego—you do the work and make it better
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and excited by structure in chaos
  • Grit, curiosity, and a bias for action
