Role Overview -

SDR Trainee


Key Responsibilities -

  • Research and identify target accounts in the

    cloud and IT services market.

  • Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, email sequences, and cold calls to

    generate qualified leads.

  • Engage with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Cloud Managers).
  • Educate prospects on EMB Global’s

    cloud consulting, migration, and managed services.

  • Set up qualified meetings and demos for the Cloud Sales/Pre-sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends in

    AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud transformation

    solutions.


Desired Candidate Profile -

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to

    1 year of experience

    in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong interest in

    cloud technology, SaaS, and IT solutions sales.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales processes.
  • Ability to research accounts and build prospecting strategies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or email automation tools will be a plus.
