Sales development representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 4–6 years of experience in IT and advertising sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure every month, driving business growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling.

Location: Remote/ Delhi

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising and IT requirements.
• Present company solutions effectively to clients and provide tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the IT advertising domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in IT sales or advertising technology services.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and end-to-end client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
