Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) joining the Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads. - Understanding customer needs and challenges to effectively match them with solutions from our service offerings. - Maintaining and updating a CRM/database of current and potential clients. - Staying updated on product features, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. - Conducting research on target companies to identify key decision-makers. - Scheduling client meetings and product/service presentations.
