Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Agami Tech. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a sales organization. Objectives of this Role: Represent Agami Tech s innovative products and services, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and market research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Generate and nurture leads by identifying and building relationships with warm prospects and uncovering new sales opportunities. Maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to take the next steps. Collaborate with the team to refine and improve the company s lead-generation playbook and sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Utilize online portals, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities. Identify the needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate products or services to address those needs. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities. Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market to expand our customer base. Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives. Consistently report progress to the sales manager with detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : 2+ years in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone and email. Problem-Solving : A creative, solution-oriented mindset paired with excellent analytical skills. Growth-Oriented : A strong desire and capability to grow within a sales organization. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience will also be considered. Experience : Prior experience as an SDR with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is a plus.
