Sales Development Representative (PR AGENCY)

Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Onsite, Saket, New Delhi

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients — identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our business development team. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong sales pipeline that powers the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across sectors (tech, D2C, healthcare, SaaS, etc.)
• Reach out via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for senior team
• Maintain and update lead database and CRM
• Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
• Track metrics and optimise outreach for better conversion

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar SDR, inside sales, or business development role (agency experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-gen platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
• Work experience
