Job Description

  • Execute outbound demand generation activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Software/SaaS space
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reporting on lead generation activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: 2 3 years of experience in Tele-Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record in outbound demand generation within the Software/SaaS industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Mandatory: Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from the office without exception
