As a Sales Development Representative at Pi Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Microsoft solutions sales, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, across the US in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics industries. This exciting mid-level opportunity allows you to manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborating closely with Microsoft and our pre-sales team to deliver impactful demos, proposals, and scoping. Your focus will be on building relationships, developing opportunities, and supporting deal closures, helping US clients address critical business challenges like operational inefficiencies and scalability while advancing your career in a dynamic, high-growth market.

Role Description

  • As an SDR at Pi Systems, you'll drive the full sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to supporting negotiations and deal closures, targeting US clients in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics.
  • You'll leverage your expertise to identify opportunities, articulate the value of Microsoft solutions for industry-specific needs, and work with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • This full-time, remote-friendly role, based in India, involves strategic outreach, pipeline management, and close collaboration with account executives to achieve revenue goals.
  • With 3-5 years of experience, you'll thrive in a role that blends strategic sales execution with relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years experience in sales development, business development, or account management within ERP, CRM, business applications, or the broader technology sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and support complex, end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, mature engagement practices, pipeline building, and deal support.
  • Familiarity with staff augmentation models to support scalable delivery of Microsoft solutions, ensuring clients achieve flexible and efficient project outcomes
  • Market connections within the US technology ecosystem or experience working with partners (e.g., Microsoft or channel partners).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage US clients effectively.
  • Strategic, target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Desirable

  • Experience selling Microsoft solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) or similar ERP/CRM/SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of US market dynamics in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as pre-sales or delivery, to drive client outcomes.
