Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS startup that s on a mission to redefine the future of logistics. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the foundation for our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research target accounts in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit based on company criteria.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team with high-potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline status in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges.
  • Represent the brand professionally and articulate our value proposition to prospects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or tech startups).
  • Prior exposure to the logistics, supply chain, or transportation tech domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
