Sales Development Representative

You will be joining a digital marketing agency that is committed to assisting local businesses in utilizing online platforms to expand their reach and boost sales. The core services offered include website development, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and social media management. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, your primary role will involve engaging with local business owners in the US, particularly solar companies, to introduce them to our services and aid in enhancing their online visibility. This position presents a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and marketing while contributing to the success of local enterprises. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential local business owners who could benefit from our digital marketing solutions, sending personalized outreach messages via email or social media, following up with business owners via phone calls, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, collaborating with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies, and participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to engage potential clients effectively, self-motivation, goal orientation, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts are essential.
