Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Firmway's automation tools by engaging with key decision-makers and providing tailored solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Using a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points and offer strategic solutions from Firmway's suite of automation tools. - Building trusted advisor relationships with finance decision-makers such as CFOs, Controllers, and Audit Partners. - Owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including demo, negotiation, and post-sale engagement. - Prioritizing key accounts and industries to craft customized pitches. - Collaborating with internal teams to align on messaging and client feedback. - Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records. - Educating clients on how Firmway's solutions impact audit accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Guiding stakeholders through the implementation journey and addressing concerns around data privacy and integration. - Influencing buying committees and engaging with internal champions to drive sales. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Proven experience in consultative B2B software sales, preferably within finance departments or SaaS/FinTech domains. - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term relationships. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage confidently at the CXO level. - Capability to deeply understand client processes and objections to tailor solutions accordingly. - Proactive attitude with a track record of exceeding targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS solution sales. - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus. - Understanding of finance and accounting processes is advantageous.,
