    (Night Shift)
  2. SDR India/Regional Market Focus

    (Day Shift)

Both roles will be part of our go-to-market team, focused on identifying and qualifying new B2B sales opportunities, building pipelines, and driving the early stages of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles)

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Identify, research, and build target account lists using various tools and strategies.
  • Outbound Outreach:

    Execute cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative methods to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualification:

    Understand prospect needs, challenges, and priorities; qualify leads based on fit and interest in Akaike AIs solutions.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales activities and prospect data in Hubspot.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, presales, product, and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Product & Market Knowledge:

    Stay informed on Akaike AI offerings, competitive landscape, and AI adoption trends.
  • Follow-up & Nurturing:

    Build relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven engagement.

Role-Specific Details

1. SDR US Market Focus (Night Shift)

  • Territory:

    North America
  • Shift:

    Night (to align with US business hours)

  • Preferred Background:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales/lead generation/business development, preferably in AI/DS/Analytics or technology.
  • Experience engaging with US-based enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

2. SDR India/Regional Market Focus (Day Shift)

  • Territory:

    India/APAC/MENA
  • Shift:

    Day

  • Preferred Background:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales/lead generation/business development, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech consulting.
  • Familiarity with Indian enterprise sales cycles and regional market nuances.
  • Comfortable engaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders in large organizations.

Qualifications (Both Roles)

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent spoken and written English; strong storytelling and articulation abilities.
  • Drive & Motivation:

    Target-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Tech Skills:

    Proficient with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
  • Mindset:

    Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership.
