Your Mission

As an SDR at BLDX, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth, identifying enterprise prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and booking demos with senior construction leaders (VPs, Project Directors, and CEOs). You’ll work directly with the founder and enterprise sales head to open doors, test outreach strategies, and build our early sales playbook.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts in India, Australia, and GCC.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Qualify leads and schedule demos with the sales team.
• Build and maintain CRM hygiene — track leads, progress, and results.
• Collaborate on crafting messages, sequences, and campaigns.
• Work closely with leadership to test new verticals and refine ICP.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or construction tech preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn in enterprise sales.
• Comfortable reaching out to senior executives and project heads.
• Curiosity about AI, construction, and how technology transforms industries.
