About the Role Sales Development Rep. Lead

We're looking for a SDR Lead (experience in B2B SaaS) who can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and engineering to build and scale revenue-focused workflows. If you're a technically sound, detail-oriented operator with deep expertise in automation, enrichment, lead routing, and tool integrations, we'd love to connect.

This role is ideal for someone with strong growth engineering instincts, a passion for tooling, and the ability to build data-driven, automated GTM pipelines using cutting-edge platforms like Clay, n8n, make.com, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation outbound strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including Cold email marketing, Calling, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp.
  • Deliver a weekly set number of SQL's, MQL's, and meetings via Outbound marketing motion, being accountable for the results
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, key trends, and opportunities for lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to develop and optimize high-quality lead generation outbound messaging
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to cultivate prospects and drive conversions, leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and increase ROI.
  • Collaborate with the customer sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation, and apply them to improve campaign performance and overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, ability to strategize and present cohesively.

Key Tools You'll Work With

  • Automation & Workflow Builders: 3-6 years experience using - Clay, n8n, make.com, Zapier, Phantombuster
  • Enrichment Tools: Clearbit, Hunter, Dropcontact, People Data Labs, BuiltWith, Snow.io
  • CRMs & Outreach: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Prospectoo

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 36 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior involvement in B2B marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grip on numbers, funnels, and GTM KPIs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setup.
