Job Description

PAN India Role Team Size ; 3 Key Skills : Sales Development, RTM, GTM, Sales Excellence - Drive and sustain GTM transformation initiatives to enhance distribution. - Lead sales automation efforts and maintain related processes. - Manage distributor appointments and management and ROI processes. - Monitor and control sales-related cost lines and budgets. - Drive and sustain sales and distribution (S&D) KPIs. - Devise GTM strategies to grow New Distribution (ND) and Wide Distribution (WD). - Develop and implement account cracking plans and performance management. - Enhance S&D infrastructure quality and development. - Identify and implement best practices from peer FMCG companies. - Drive sales processes, including ideal call steps and coaching calendars. - Define sales force training objectives, develop content, and execute training. - Conduct market visits to coach field teams on capability priorities. - Ensure successful roll-out and implementation of GTM transformation initiatives. - Lead change management and identify risk mitigation mechanisms. - Drive on-ground execution of Lead indicators like Effective coverage, Total Lines Sold, Effective man days, Billing efficiency and sustaining business output deliveries. - Implement Sales Transformation agendas such as SFA implementation, TMR usage, Van rationalization/optimization etc - Anchor & drive GTM initiatives across urban and rural markets such as any new channel Development, S&D plan execution for the region - Build insights from the market to develop initiatives for driving business.
