Job Description

We areseeking a results-driven Sales Development Executive - Enterprise Sales to joinour team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growthby identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients. Your primary focus will beon hunting for new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing dealsfor our cybersecurity solutions. Rolesand Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking events, etc., to generate leads and identify potential prospects. Prospect Engagement: Initiate and schedule meetings with key stakeholders in prospective client organizations to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively. Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our companys products, their features, benefits, and relevance to the target market. Product Demonstrations: Work with internal Technical Teams to organize product demos and presentations for the prospects to showcase the value proposition of our products and address any queries or concerns raised by prospects. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to achieve sales targets. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business opportunities. \u200b Requirements Qualifications : Bachelors degree in engineering (B.Tech, B.E.) - IT/CS/Electronics/Electrical, etc. MBA is preferred, with relevant experience. Requirements: Total experience of 2-3 years, with at least 1 year of proven track record of successful B2B Sales, in Industry sectors \u2013 Retail/Education/Hospitality/IT Technology/ IT Services/ IT hardware organization. Preferably having work experience in SaaS Sales of cybersecurity Products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Should be able to establish a connection with CXOs (CTO, CIO, IT heads, etc.) Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales performance tracking and market analysis. Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and articulate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset. Openness to travel across India. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
