About the Role

SpazioLiv is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Sales Designer who can blend creativity with sales expertise. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, and converting leads into successful interior design projects. You’ll be the connecting bridge between our clients and our design team, ensuring every homeowner experiences a smooth, exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet with inbound leads and understand their design requirements, budget, and timelines.

* Present design concepts, proposals, and material options in a clear and confident manner.

* Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.

* Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate project scoping.

* Maintain detailed documentation of client discussions, requirements, and follow-ups.

* Conduct site visits when required to understand space conditions and provide insights.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with organizational goals.

* Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/execution team.

* Represent SpazioLiv with professionalism, clarity, and customer-first communication.

Required Skills & Experience

* Prior experience in interior design sales or modular/home design is preferred.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design options effectively.

* Understanding of basic design concepts, materials, and space planning.

* Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.

* High level of ownership, negotiation skills, and customer orientation.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

* 1–4 years of experience in sales or design-consultative roles.
