Sales Designer

As a Sales Designer at SpazioLiv in Pune, you will play a crucial role in blending creativity with sales expertise to deliver exceptional interior design projects for our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, and converting leads into successful projects. You will act as the connecting bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring a smooth and exciting journey for homeowners. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with inbound leads to understand their design requirements, budget, and timelines. - Present design concepts, proposals, and material options clearly and confidently. - Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups. - Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate project scoping. - Maintain detailed documentation of client discussions, requirements, and follow-ups. - Conduct site visits as needed to understand space conditions and provide insights. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with organizational goals. - Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/execution team. - Represent SpazioLiv with professionalism, clarity, and customer-first communication. Required Skills & Experience: - Prior experience in interior design sales or modular/home design preferred. - Strong communication skills to effectively explain design options. - Understanding of basic design concepts, materials, and space planning. - Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently. - Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes. - High level of ownership, negotiation skills, and customer orientation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 1-4 years of experience in sales or design-consultative roles.
