We help our clients generate qualified leads and close more sales through digital campaigns, branding, and automation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge of real estate and digital marketing and be skilled at building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Strategy

  • Analyze the competitive landscape in the real estate marketing sector.
  • Identify gaps and develop positioning strategies for our services.
  • Define and refine the sales funnel to align with real estate sales cycles.

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target builders, developers, and channel partners across Delhi NCR.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital outreach, and real estate expos.
  • Craft and deliver tailored proposals and marketing plans for real estate campaigns.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to pitching to closing deals.

Sales Execution

  • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term real estate clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with stakeholders like sales heads, marketing heads, and developers.
  • Understand client pain points and propose customized digital solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, CRM automation).
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Track sales KPIs and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or client servicing in a real estate or marketing agency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate project sales, digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, SEO), and lead nurturing workflows.
