Job Overview. Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position based in Patti, Punjab, India. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with less than 1 year of experience who are passionate about education and possess excellent interpersonal and sales skills.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any field.

Less than 1 year of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the education industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.

Good knowledge of educational programs and institutions in Canada and Australia.

Familiarity with visa and immigration processes.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Provide accurate information about visa and immigration processes, including documentation requirements and deadlines.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Stay updated with latest trends and changes in education policies and immigration regulations.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with individuals throughout the enrollment process.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions with clients.
