Job Description

Role Overview

This is a high-responsibility role requiring complete ownership of multi-branch sales, operations, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets across multiple branches
Own P&L and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities
Recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams
Ensure smooth branch operations, SOP compliance, and patient satisfaction
Work with marketing for localized campaigns and lead generation
Report performance metrics and business insights to management

Requirements

5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or operations (healthcare, retail, hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership
