Role Overview

This is a high-responsibility role requiring complete ownership of multi-branch sales, operations, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets across multiple branches
  • Own P&L and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
  • Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams
  • Ensure smooth branch operations, SOP compliance, and patient satisfaction
  • Work with marketing for localized campaigns and lead generation
  • Report performance metrics and business insights to management

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or operations (healthcare, retail, hospitality preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership
