Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor located in Noida. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding potential clients through our range of services, providing information about different universities, and assisting with the admission process. Day-to-day tasks include achieving sales targets, following up with leads, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing client information, and ensuring clear and professional communication at all times. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Sales experience Strong Organization Skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience in the education consulting industry is a plus
