Sales Counselor

As a Sales Counsellor at our company based in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential clients in the IT field, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable IT products or services to meet their requirements. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements and offer appropriate solutions. - Promote and sell IT products/services through effective counselling and consultation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to clients. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. - Stay updated with the latest IT trends, products, and competitor offerings. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, counselling, or business development. - Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
