Job Family Description
Develops, manages and delivers support services to the organization's sales force.
Provides operational support, collects and interprets sales data and analytics, and manages large sales sales efficiency initiatives.
Sub-Family Description
Provides operational support to the Sales and Commercial teams. Works with Sales and Commercial teams to drive accuracy of data in the CRM; designs and delivers regular and ad-hoc reports that give the insight required to manage the business; supports the Sales and Finance functions in maintaining quarterly revenue forecasts; administers sales incentives, including setting targets and tracking performance; and works with the wider Operations community to contribute to and roll out operational initiatives.
