Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and strengthen our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, motivating, guiding, and coordinating sales executives to improve productivity and performance. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, communicative, and people-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new and existing sales team members on products, process, and sales approach.
• Motivate and guide sales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate between sales team and management for reporting and follow-ups.
• Monitor daily sales activities, meetings, and performance updates.
• Assist in onboarding of new sales members and ensure process compliance.
• Support the team with documentation, policy coordination, and basic operational tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of sales coordination and team handling is desirable.
• Good communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000, based on experience and capability.
