Job Responsibilities: Follow up rigorously for customer outstanding payments to ensure payments are received on time.
Send dispatch details and delivery updates to customers on a timely basis.
Coordinate with transporters and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Pass entries related to sales and vendor transactions in DCS and ERP systems.
Handle vendor creation documentation and maintain proper records.
Upload customer invoices on customer portals as well as on bank portals.
Prepare and update the Exhibition Book in Excel.
Send test reports and related documents to customers.
Prepare and share sales quotations with customers as per requirements.
Send GA drawings to customer.
Prepare manual sales orders, including Proforma Invoices (PI).
Share manual sales documents and related communication with customers.
Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of sales coordination and documentation
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
Good communication and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of dispatch, invoicing, and vendor coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Commerce background
Experience in sales coordination / admin support
Familiarity with ERP/DCS systems will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
