Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Sales Coordination & Follow-Up: o Track and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses and closure. o Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems.  Liaison Support: o Serve as a key point of contact between the sales team, business head, and clients. o Facilitate smooth communication and follow-through of client requests or internal updates.  Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. o Analyze sales data to identify trends and support strategic planning.  Meeting Coordination: o Schedule and coordinate client meetings, internal sales briefings, and review sessions. o Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions as needed.  Sales Plan Support: o Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies and campaigns. o Monitor progress against sales goals and initiatives.  Confidentiality & Documentation: o Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. o Maintain accurate records and files for sales operations. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.  2–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  High level of professionalism and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics is a plus.
