Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, improving performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse sales performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain up-to-date evaluation scorecards.
• Conduct regular call reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and deliver one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Generate and analyse reports on call quality, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
• Track progress to measure training effectiveness and overall team performance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including updates to scripts and workflows.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Team Lead (Sales Coordination).
• Proven background in sales operations, sales support, or call centre quality assurance.
• Prior experience in training or coaching sales teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to deliver feedback constructively and motivate team members.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
