Job Description

Sales Coordinator (Female) (Hospitality Industry Candidate Proffered with good English communication skills)

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Managing Director / Sales Head
Industry: Hospitality Industry
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer handling/dealing
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project-based requirements.
Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Manage order follow-ups, quotations, and dispatch updates.
Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records accurately.
Ensure smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and clients.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and online communication.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.
Organized, proactive, and quick in decision-making.
