Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Training Operations

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator – Training Operations will be responsible for coordinating daily training session operations, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining excellent communication with trainers, participants, and internal teams. The role involves managing training logistics, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative and technical support to ensure successful training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day training operations and schedules, ensuring all sessions are planned and executed efficiently.
  • Manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback forms for each training session.
  • Provide logistical and technical assistance to trainers and participants before, during, and after sessions.
  • Maintain training documentation, including participant records, reports, and evaluation summaries.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, including presentations, quizzes, assignments, and other related content.
  • Ensure effective communication with participants, trainers, and stakeholders regarding training updates, schedules, and feedback.
  • Support the sales and training teams in tracking training performance and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with vendors or partners for external training logistics if required.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance training coordination and participant experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, training coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
