Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female Only)

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Fresher (Training will be provided)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Sales

Coordinator. As a fresher, you will be provided with training and support to help you understand the

key responsibilities, including assisting with backend operations, client communication, and sales

support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices.

● Support the team in order processing and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

● Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

● Follow up with clients for pending payments and outstanding dues.

● Help the sales team in closing deals and supporting negotiations.

● Maintain and update sales records and databases.

● Handle email and phone communication with clients and customers professionally.

● Provide assistance to the sales team for both pre- and post-sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Freshers with an interest in sales coordination or administrative roles are welcome.

● Good communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with clients.

● Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Organized, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

● Ability to work in a team environment and support sales activities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Any exposure to MS Office tools or basic CRM software is a plus.

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

● Must be comfortable working in a professional office setting.

● Residing near or willing to commute to Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad.

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate or within a short notice period is preferred.
