Sales Coordinator


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including email correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales calls for team members and customers
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update the CRM system and customer database; generate basic sales reports Handle customer inquiries and provide product information in Telugu and/or Kannada, escalating issues appropriately
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Support execution of sales campaigns, trade shows, or events as required
  • Track sales orders and follow up on pending deliveries or discrepancies
